Default qdiscs incorrect?

So far I've seen this with two devices, an archer c7 and a WiTi.

On both, eth0 has fq_codel applied. However on eth0.2(the WAN interface) it says noqueue. Is this correct?

Also on the archer c7, both wlan interfaces have fq_codel applied whereas it was set to noqueue on the WiTi.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I just installed tc without installing sqm-scripts(too many kernel crashes on kernel 4.4). Ran 'tc qdisc'

I have an Archer C7v2 running without issues with SQM, but default interfaces are wrong: WAN interface isn't eth1 but eth0. Same for BCP38.
I've opened a bug because of this a week ago.
