Daemon modprobe errors

I'm using davidc502's latest build for my Linksys WRT1900ACS v2. Everything works great, however every 5 minutes or so I see the following in the system log:

daemon.warn odhcpd[2497]: DHCPV6 RENEW IA_NA from 00010001223b12edb827ebed7035 on br-lan: ok 2605:e000:1301:c588::94/128 fd21:457a:9064::94/128
daemon.err modprobe: xt_set is already loaded
daemon.err modprobe: ip_set is already loaded
daemon.err modprobe: ip_set_hash_ip is already loaded

While it doesn't seem to affect any performance I am aware of, it seems like there should be no reason that modprobe is called every five minutes to load these three kernel modules. Any suggestions on how I can address this?

Neither of those messages reflect an error or other kind of problem.

I also think this is not an error but it´s not clean.

These errors are mostly likely coming because a hotplug trigger is forcing a reload of one of the services and the line in the /etc/init.d/<service-name> reload trigger or the hotplug script itself is calling modprobe without redirecting its error output to /dev/null.

Grep the name of these modules in /etc/init.d/* and in all the files in /etc/hotplug.d to see what's trying to do the reload, then go redirect the error output to /dev/null

I have similar message that is annoying on bootup. Openwrt 19.07. I am guessing that the stripped down modprobe program only can use the -q switch for quiet mode. There is the option documented online for -s to send log to syslog and not std err. as LOG_DAEMON with level LOG_NOTICE

This log output as daemon.err makes it log to many things to my remote syslog. I have been toying with every service reload you can think of. Who would guess, but it is the QOS service.

/etc/init.d/qos calls up "qos-start" and not much to do with modprobe

/etc/hotplug.d/iface/10-qos
This file calls the following below, not much to do here to prevent the modprobe messages to the log.

I can only start guessing at the best place to fix this with my knowledge... I edited the file line 4
Original line 4 = insmod="modprobe"

I can't tell this is the best solution, but it seemed to work. I don't set QOS up so I have not made sure it functions after this change.
