The netmask is not necessary here. Try deleting that line and then restarting the service.

That wasn't it.
I did that because my old router is 192.168.68.x and I hoped the subnet change would let me see it.
I changed it to be a DHCP client so I didn't need to change the subnet.

I think it is something to do with IPv6.
