Hi, I've seen a post about not supporting Rev. A5, but mine is Rev. B1. which has 8MB of flash and 64MB of RAM.
Is there any firmware for this model?

As per your link -
CPU1: Ubicom IP7150U
No mainline linux support.
Next hw revision contains supported SoC and decent other specs.
