Custom Mediatek or Atheros board

I'm after a custom Mediatek or Atheros board for a project involving some broadcast gear we're designing. For internet connectivity and monitoring, we're looking at OpenWrt, we need a small size board, it only needs a single ethernet port and a bunch of gpio pins which will interface with a microcontroller via SPI. Wifi isn't required on the board, however u-boot is the preferred boot loader and it needs a populated uart hearder and atleast 16mb flash.

Does anyone have any recommendations on which companies (possibly in China) who could do this?
