Custom image using OpenWrt Image builder

can I build using the latest snapshot but these patches applied using image builder?

### Describe the bug Router ends up with a blinking green light. Responds to… ping at 192.168.1.1. Does not allow web or ssh access. See thread at https://forum.openwrt.org/t/23-05-sysupgrade-questions-wndr4300v2/160959/60 This happens in all of the following cases: - flash via sysupgrade image from earlier working version of OpenWrt - flash openwrt-23.05.0-rc2-ath79-nand-netgear_wndr4300-v2-squashfs-factory.img from the Netgear Web UI - flash openwrt-23.05.0-rc2-ath79-nand-netgear_wndr4300-v2-squashfs-factory.img via nmrpflash.exe Flashing stock firmware via nmrpflash.exe brings back the router in a working state. ### OpenWrt version 23.05-rc2 ### OpenWrt target/subtarget ath79/nand ### Device WNDR4300v2 ### Image kind Official downloaded image ### Steps to reproduce 1. flash openwrt-23.05.0-rc2-ath79-nand-netgear_wndr4300-v2-squashfs-factory.img from the Netgear Web UI 2. reboot router ### Actual behaviour Only responds to ping, no ssh/web access ### Expected behaviour Should boot OpenWRT and display web UI ### Additional info See https://forum.openwrt.org/t/23-05-sysupgrade-questions-wndr4300v2/160959/60 ### Diffconfig _No response_ ### Terms - [X] I am reporting an issue for OpenWrt, not an unsupported fork.

No, the image builder creates an image from the already compiled packages. You need to compile your own image.
