CSV Hardware Download

Hi:

I am trying to download CSV with all Hardware info from here, https://openwrt.org/_media/toh_dump_tab_separated.zip but I get only a small 3Kb file with 15 entries.

I am missing something here? Should not this CSV reflect this page?
