Creating a new device page

Hi
I'd like to create a device page for
https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/ravpower/ravpower_rp-wd03

It seems that it used to be here https://openwrt.org/meta/create_new_device_page but it doesn't work.

EDIT: Disregard, I understand, a DEVICE page, not Tech page.

Can't you copy another device page and edit it?

Maybe, I just don't know where to copy it to. Device pages seems to be referenced automatically in some kind of database.

There used to be page about the procedure. It seems that creating device page was on hold in the past. Is it still the case ?

I created https://openwrt.org/toh/ravpower/ravpower_rp-wd03 and made https://openwrt.org/meta/create_new_device_page work again.
