Crash on GL-MT3000, wireless remains operational

I bought the MT3000 and a 5-port switch to replace my Belkin RT3200, but I put SNAPSHOT on the MT3000 right out of the box. It's on Linux kernel 6.6.35 now and has a major update to the Mediatek drivers used by the MT3000; been rock solid since I put it into operation a few months ago. I would suggest and endorse moving up to a SNAPSHOT build for a better experience.

This is a long thread, so I am sure you missed it, but:

It still "crashes" randomly, but yes it is noticeably better.

Maybe if I find developer with easier interface. Right not I do not have interest to put so much work to convince anyone. If the patches really help, maybe someone would create PR.

I just wonder what it heat spreader looks like.

https://www.gl-inet.com/products/gl-mt3000/ has an animation of the internals of the GL-MT3000 which shows the heat spreader.
