Connect to WAN through WLAN Access Point with Wireguard

I have a Wireguard network setup that worked perfectly fine until a few days ago when my ISP decided to cut my connection. Because of the virus thing I can't contact them and I'm borrowing a friend's WLAN in the meantime. I would like to connect my router to this WLAN so that I can use the same Wireguard setup but through WLAN.

How can I do this? Essentially I'd like to connect the router's WAN port to my friend's WLAN, but I don't know how I can do that. I tried a few things from the wiki, with bridges, but without success.

I know this is an old post, but you should only need to add the wireless client interface to the "WAN" network.
