Is it possible to set up Openwrt router to connect to a public network via wifi in for example a Hotel or Camping with a login web page for the internet access ? And after login have a local network from the router. My problem is on camping where i need internet access for smart TV.

Just did this with my dual band router, after playing to much with the config of the 4g LTE stick, it was supposed to use 
2.4ghz radio connects to the remote wifi, and
the 5ghz radio retransmits it as my private wifi.
