Need Help with Configuring Openwrt in the above scenerio. I am new to Openwrt, tried hard but unable to crack this. Can anyone help ?

Not with zero details on hw, and no drawing of the network, with at least partial subnet IPs.

Hardware is Dink DIR-2460. There is a /32 public IP allocation by the VPN provider. Internal network is 192.168.1.1/24

Two WAN ports, using links from two separate ISPs.

How is the 2nd WAN port connected ?

What's the speed of the WANs ?

Are you using them simultaneously, or as fail over ?

I tried using mWAN3. Removed eth1 from the land bridge and converted it into a secondary wan port.
There are two broadband connections, need to use as a failover.
