You don't need to use link aggregation... Gigabit ethernet is full duplex, meaning that there can be simultaneous data flow in the uplink and downlink directions at 1Gbps each.
Link aggregation will almost certainly not provide any benefit in your scenario, but it does make the configuration considerably more complicated.
It is luci-app-bonding , caveat psherman mentioned applies, you get dual wires redundancy but no throughput improvement.

Not really, there is hidden gigabit port between switch that drives all (sometimes all but one) external gigabit ports.
