21.02 is EOL, you should start by upgrading.

Installing proper Openwrt would also be a good idea.

3Q . but I have adapted to 21.02 and do not want to upgrade to 23 for the time being. So I want to modify the implementation in this version.

Want to hide it through LUCI learning

If it's actual release OpenWrt 21.02, I'd check which of the json files in /usr/share/luci/menu.d/ has that Switch menu item and edit the file/patch it when building.

If it's a vendor-specific/custom fork based on OpenWrt 21.02 -- ask the vendor.
