I got this from Amazon a while back - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08F9QPDMC , it's on the github list of devices, posted earlier. Installed kmod-mt76x2u, which pulled a lot of dependencies, and I was good to go. No problem setting up an AP, and connecting to it. Didn't do any deeper tests though, saw it come up, and I was able to connect. Used openwrt 21.02.1.
