We met strange problem and cannot progress.
When we define the WiFi as Client (STA) and connect to the AP it shows Noise Level=0 (when it should be -91 or -95).
On AP mode the Noise Level is OK.
any ideas?

Please, ask your board vendor for the support.
Your platform isn't (yet) officially supported by OpenWrt. The firmware your board is running was made by Qualcomm/Compex developers, based on old and deeply modified OpenWrt version (no longer supported).
