Due to an issue of not accepting the country code, I tried to downgrade to 18.06.05. It seems to work perfectly and I can get it configured and working, however, when I power off and then back on it is essentially at the factory settings and not even the password was saved.
I have compared this to the 19.07 which saves properly, but it is beyond my knowledge.
I would be able to compare specific files to the 19.07 if someone can give me some files to compare. It has to be something silly because everything else works.
Note this is a small, inexpensive 2.4 GHz AP with an internal antenna.
