Cloudflare Warp-DNS and 1.1.1.1

All,

I noticed this morning that:

  • Cloudflare DNS - 1.1.1.2/1.0.0.2 malware blocking didn't work
  • Cloudflare DNS at 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 is intermittent

(Using Google's 8.8.8.8 right now...smh)

@lleachii - Thanks for this. It will be helpful to know if we start to see people complaining about it on the main parts of the forum. Sound we consider moving this thread to "Site Feedback and Other Questions" where it could serve as good PSA for other OpenWrt users to know that Clouldflare isn't working properly?

I noticed problems beginning 7/11/2022. Happened again on the 13th, uninstalled Stubby. Some of you will know this..

  • Uninstalled Stubby
  • Configured DSN per Interface
  • Been on SShark DNS on wg0 since: no problem
  • Would like to go back to Stubby.... but that issue troubles me.
