Chnageip.com DDNS, how to update sets

So changeip.com supports multiple hostnames as part of sets. i,e the update url can specify to update the ip for all host names in a set.
If I use the built in ddns script and select changeip.com, then only one host name’s IP address gets updated, I,e other hostnames in the set don’t get updated.
While I have their URL that can update this entire set. I can’t seem to figure out how to configure the url using the ddns Luci interface. The url is:

http://nic.changeip.com/nic/update?cmd=update&set=1

I assume I will simply putt the username and password in the respective fields and that doesn’t need to be sent in the url?

I'm not sure if I understand the question, but I think you can use custom provider and replace the custom url with https://nic.changeip.com/nic/update?cmd=update&set=1&hostname=[DOMAIN]&myip=[IP]&u=[USERNAME]&p=[PASSWORD]
