Chmod not permanent in mounted partition on reboot

I build setup for aria2 store on my disk downloads.
And create script and store on different folder for final download move files to other.
I chmod +x script and run great. But if reboot router script lose execute permission.
Why ? How need change for chmod turn permanent ?

I found the problem.
It's my error.
on .aria2/ i store .aria2/incompleted/ incompleted download.
on start aria2 fix permission on directory.
i solved this problem changing file of conf aria2 on

before
