I got it to work one night, but no longer works anymore even after a factory reset. I can either have an AP on the 5ghz band, or running as a client on the 5hz band... but not at the same time. I won't see the SSID on any potential clients to connect when I try. Can someone please assist? Would be truly grateful

Might be easier to include the contents of your /etc/config/wireless. Redact your passwords in this file.
The log doesn't point to much.
Guesses without seeing config:
- AP + STA are on different channels
- Trying to use DFS
