My ISP doesn't use a CGNAT because when I had the tp link firmware i could port forward, and pinging my ip while being in the networking all had public ips not in reserved ranges, neither are the ports for syncthing opening, nor are the port forwards I make manually, I have my ips set to be 10.0.0.x and I can't even ping my ip from outside the network, I haven't touched any firewall rules, please help.
