Can't login to LuCI after sysupgrade to 18.06.1

I can't login to LuCI after I system upgraded. ssh works fine, but when I try via LuCI it shows the login page and I can't pass that. There is no password error or anything else.

Any ideas? I preserved systems settings on upgrade, although noticeably 192.168.1.1 does not redirect to the https secure site anymore.

Have you tried to empty browser cache or another browser?
