Cannot find chromecasts on lan network....why?

I have 2 chromecast devices that are connected to the same wifi network as my phone, my wired PC, but both of them cannot be found using either my PC or my phone. Both chromecasts function well with internet, and seems to have strong enough signals to play 4k without problems.

Also i should add the rest of my lan network works fine. i can access all local ip's like ip cameras, the router, home assistant server etc fine, and i can send commands to my tv, amplifier and turn on/off the chromecast device(nvidia shield pro) with home assistant fine. But the chromecasts will not be found.

Where is this going wrong? Any idea's what i can try?
