Can’t access interfaces tab in networking

As title says. Very new user, just installed today, I am looking to set up PPPoE to access the internet and then set up cake (I have all the apps to that installed using my current router as a lan connection) but I get a “can’t connect” every time I click the interfaces tab.

Any ideas?

Found the issue, chrome would not allow it to open edge will!
