I can not login to luci anymore , I'm sure the account/password is correct .
and no invalid id/password messages.
when I type the name and password and hit the login button , the page just go back to login page
and no any warn/error log in logread command
but I still can ssh into the router , is there anyway to reset luci ?? or any other way to see what happened ??
Try changing the address from http to https
not working.
Might be either something in the underlying LuCI services (rpcd, uhttpd), or in your browser's caching (especially if you have done any http/https related changes (or upgraded from 19.07 to 21.02))
- Look into the system log for clues
- Restart the rpcd service, reboot the router
- clear browser caches, try with incognito mode, try with another browser
clear browser caches, try with incognito mode, try with another browser
already done , but no help.
Restart the rpcd service, reboot the router
reboot many times , but no help.

what log file should be noticed ?? I'm pretty sure logread does not show error messages
if everything else fails, try reseting your device.
What did you change since it last worked, or did you change many and/or random things? Have a look at /etc/config/uhttpd and other seemingly relevant files
I also had that happening to me at times when using Chrome. Reverting to Firefox solved it for me. Still not fully sure why Chrome behaved strangely though.
this could be helpful https://old.reddit.com/r/openwrt/comments/duvyxh/cant_log_in_through_chrome_since_update/f7c98vd/
thanks !!!
