Can not load with broken dhcp config

Hi all,
I've changed /etc/config/dhcp and seems like it's broken now. I can not load router and connect to it to revert my config changes.
Is it possible to load router without dhcp and connect to it with static ip address?
Or connect to it using IPv6 maybe?

yes, default IP is 192.168.1.1, use a static IP within the same subnet.

Also possible, if you can find the link local address of the router.
