Can I install OpenWRT on a Xiaomi Mi 4a R4AC Chinese version?

Hello, I recently purchased a Mi 4a R4AC router, Chinese version. Everything is in Chinese, even the box. I don't know which version of OpenWRT to install and how to install it. Any help?

Use chrome with automatic translation.
What is in top line of yhe label?
No damage (trying) getting dropbear up

Then compare oartition layout and check flash type with 2 hw revision threads. Do not flash (mtd ...) until device is identified as supported.

I was able to install OpenWRT on the router, but when configuring the Wi-Fi networks, the 5GHz band doesn't appear.

Can you elaborate a bit more?

If there are no errors in system log,
just wait 15min see if 5Ghz band up after that.

In the radios section, only the 2.4 GHz appears and not the 5 GHz, being the dual-band router

What did you install on which hardware?

Please connect to your OpenWrt device using ssh and copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </> " button:
grafik
Remember to redact passwords, MAC addresses and any public IP addresses you may have:

ubus call system board
cat /etc/config/network
cat /etc/config/wireless
cat /etc/config/dhcp
cat /etc/config/firewall

This is supposed to be a dual-band router but it only activates one band, the 2.4

Please add text info.

Ready, I solved it. The problem was that I was installing the firmware for the Xiaomi Mi 4a R4AC router in a version that was not the one for my router, that's why it doesn't enable the 5gz band. I already installed firmware v2.

And it works pretty well already.
