Can I Flash openwrt firmware on dlink dir 1960 directly from stock firmware upgrade page?

I am a complete beginner. I want to Flash openwrt firmware on dlink dir 1960 but i dont have Ethernet on laptop so is there any other way.
can i flash it directly from stock firmware upgrade page? As you can on TP-Link routers
Is D-Link recovery gui method is the only method to get openwrt on D-Link router.

There is also a kernel file in download in this page https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/?version=22.03.0-rc6&target=ramips%2Fmt7621&id=dlink_dir-1960-a1 what is this use for? Can anyone guide me how to install and get started

the patch for making the encrypted firmware never made it into openwrt
and we don't have the correct encryption key to correctly sign it
for this model anyway

it's good for people to use the recover interface so they know how to go back to D-Links firmware
here is the unencryption dlink firmware if you need it
http://luckys.onmypc.net/openwrt/DIR-1960/DIR1960A1_FW101B04.bin

the "initramfs" image is good it you want to load openwrt without touching flash
say you want to backup the original dlink firmware
but you can't save setting so it's only good for debugging & getting out of trouble

The problem is i dont have Ethernet port on laptop so i couldn't use the recovery gui method so i asked if there is any way to upgrade it directly from stock firmware as you can on TP-Link routers

you will need a usb network adapter or be creative with an access point
