Can I enable TR-69 protocol if I wanted to?

Let's say if I wanted to create an ISP company myself, i probably would need that. Could I enable it?

You can add uci-defaults script like openwisp does so that reset state is your customized config.

TR-069 is only a protocol, not an actual implementation - cwmp would be one potential implementation, but that's not provided by OpenWrt (so it would be up to you to integrate it and to get it working).
