(Call for testing) bcm27xx (Raspberry Pi): port to Kernel 6.18

Hi everyone,

I've ported the bcm27xx target (raspberry pi 1-5 and compute modules) to the kernel 6.18 in the master branch.

All GitHub CI checks and automated testing pipelines are fully green with no errors.

I would appreciate some real-world testing from the community.

What needs testing:

  1. successful boot
  2. any kernel oops, dmesg warnings, stability issues
  3. network (Ethernet and wi-fi) working

Feel free to test my branch and leave your feedback either here or directly as a comment on the PR.

I've tested so far bcm2712 (rpi5/cm5 - everything is working in my config) and bcm2708 (builds successfully).
