is there an api/function I can use to make a single button to effectively disable all of shadowsocks as if I clicked all off the "disable" options in the shadowsocks luci app, but with a single click of a button?
Albeit while still having to click the "save & apply" button afterwards to actually save and apply it.

But since this thread is now here, It sounds like you have multiple items in your shadowsocks config? If that is the case, a shell script might be the most straight forward approach. if you have a physical button on your router, you can use the hotplug buttons feature and assign the script to a button press.
