Building for Marvell 88w8897

I am trying to build a generic x86/64 for a Marvell 88w8897 - I include:

base-files busybox ca-bundle dnsmasq dropbear e2fsprogs firewall4
fstools kmod-amazon-ena kmod-amd-xgbe kmod-bnx2 kmod-button-hotplug
kmod-e1000 kmod-e1000e kmod-forcedeth kmod-fs-vfat kmod-igb kmod-igc
kmod-ixgbe kmod-nft-offload kmod-r8169 kmod-tg3 libc libgcc libustream-
wolfssl logd mkf2fs mtd netifd nftables odhcp6c odhcpd-ipv6only opkg
partx-utils ppp ppp-mod-pppoe procd procd-seccomp procd-ujail
uci uclient-fetch urandom-seed urngd luci luci-ssl kmod-mwlwifi
mwlwifi-firmware-88w8897

in the custom build but it says:
cannot install kmod-mwlwifi
cannot install mwlwifi-firmware-88w8897

How do I fix this build? What am I missing?

Thanks for your help

kmod-mwlwifi && mwlwifi-firmware-88w8897 are currently only built for mvebu, so you'd have to drop these dependencies on @TARGET_mvebu and build yourself from source. As you're obviously the first to attempt using this driver on x86, 'anything' might happen from there on (if the card is coming out of a router, you might also be lacking calibration data for it), but that's something only you can find out. The imagebuilder will not be useful to you.
