Buildbot failed for my target - Master Snapshot usable?

Buildbot fails for ramips/mt7621: https://buildbot.openwrt.org/master/images/#/grid (and some other targets).
Likely caused by ramips: Switch default kernel to 5.15

Question: If I select newest master snapshot in firmware selector and create custom image with some additional packages like relayd etc. for my mt7621 device, will it use the broken build or will it the oldest still functioning build?

It can only use what's on https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/targets/ right now.

Based on your pointer, the proper approach would be to compare the date and time from snapshots with date and time from failed build to find out, if snapshot images are based on a failed build or rather the last functioning build.
