BT Home Hub 5.0 Type A - .dst editing - Disable USB and ath10k (5GHz) chip

Title basically. I'm creating a minimal build for my router. I'm at a good state right now (IMO).
The next step would be to actually disable the USB and 5Ghz chips directly from the .dst file ( ./target/linux/lantiq/files/arch/mips/boot/dts/lantiq/vr9_bt_homehub-v5a.dts ).

Disabling USB
Changing this:

&usb_phy0 {
	status = "okay";
};

&usb0 {
	status = "okay";
	vbus-supply = <&usb_vbus>;
};

To this:

&usb_phy0 {
	status = "disabled";
};

&usb0 {
	status = "disabled";
};

Should I also disable the usb_vbus definition? Or is there a way to "deactivate" it (so to not even give power to the USB connector)?

Also what should I unsolder to physically remove the USB capability? Apart from the connector.

Disabling 5Ghz
I just remove al related packages and drivers and I can't find anything inside the .dst file.
