Browsing through the releases docs link at the bottom i noticed :
23.05.3 has security fixes
23.05.4 has no security fixes
Does that mean "security wise" there is no benefit for upgrading to 23.05.4?

Where is that located?
My simple text search of the linked Wiki page didn't find that statement you quoted.
I really meant it has no section "security fixes"
At least I didnt find any
