BCM5761B0KFBG
TS1214

And network card found label:
BCM95761A6110G_HP.

Driver package must be, maybe, kmod-...? broadcombcm5761?

So, need x86 driver for network card Broadcom BCM5761. What kmod is compatible?

I have a 5751 card I think the 5761 is also in the tg3 family of chips (Broadcom codename Tigon 3). kmod-tg3.

Yes. kmod-tg3 is right for BCM5761.
