Bricked WRX-36 by accident

Hello guys,

I made a huge mistake while fiddling around with my router.

I wanted to sysupgrade my OpenWRT and loaded the factory openwrt image instead. I forgot that I did this move and when I wanted to sysupgrade again to add some packages as default to my image, the router does not boot anymore.

Now my question: Did I brick the device for good now? Or can I still save it. So much to say: U-Boot might be gone now. Checked that over UART.

you obviously tried reversing Tx and Rx pins ?

You deserved some kudos. I still can't say if it is bricked or not. Might look like I got some access.

probably not, read Dynalink DL-WRX36 Askey RT5010W IPQ8072A technical discussion - #1146 by missingcharacter.

Thanks for this. I was successful with that approach.
