Bpi-R3 - LAN Status LED software control

I have a Bpi-R3 as my main router. Unfortunately it is located in my bedroom and the LAN status lights are really bright at night. I have done the tape over the light trick but is there a way to control them like the power and status lights on the front of the Bpi?

I do have access to blue:status, green:power, mt76-phy0, and mt76-phy1. Have turned those off through software.

All of my searching indicates there likely isn't a way to do it.

Try poking around in /sys/class/leds/ and see if there's anything there that's not exposed in the config files, you might get lucky.

On my Orange Pi, this turns off the annoying, bright "system" LED:

$ echo 1 >| /sys/class/leds/sys-led/brightness
