Blocking youtube after new firmware update

I see a lot of new features on the new update " OpenWrt SNAPSHOT r10256-aa3f9736ea / LuCI Master (git-19.069.61084-db98461)" and am wondering what is the best way to block youtube. Is it possible to block it from all devices or can I block it from selected devices? I guess, which one would be easier for a novice user.

I also aim to block netflix later too
