Blocked subnets from firewall but still can connect

Installing and Using OpenWrt Network and Wireless Configuration

I have a guest network and guest wifi, I have banned this network for local IP subnets at home, but when connecting through the guest network, the connection to the banned IP's can still be established. i can't find where i made a mistake?

sorry my bad, I forgot to change wireless network setting to guest.
