I would like to know how to block SSDP ports I have blocked ports 1900 in ALL possible ways but the blocking does not work
I don't know if there is a way to block maybe multicast on a device specifically in OpenWrt
source port should probably be any
if this is wan -> lan traffic, just delete the rules, and it'll be blocked automagically..

Rules 19002 and 19004 (which is same as 19004) are not needed, as there is policy to deny whatever is not allowed. Follow @frollic 's advice and don't use source port.
Other than that, keep in mind that packet capturing takes place before the firewall, so what you see in wireshark might be blocked later.
