Blank field when adding domains under Forwards/Dhcp_DNS

In Forwards tab, under DHCP and DNS ... i have my forwards entries, i was able to enter them without issues until recently when i want to enter a new domain after i typed the first letter the entry changes like this:

I can still type the entry and save and it shows up correctly after that, but my point is why does it change to a blank field when i start typing at first. Also if I try to select the text inside the field it appears again, its just when i start typing then it turns blank again.

I am on 23.05.5 and haven't had this issue as long as i can remember. Maybe I have updated some external package and that cause this small issue?

I can't answer why you're experiencing that issue -- I can't replicate (on 25.12).

That said...

This is long since EOL and unsupported. Is there a reason you're not running a supported version? I'd recommend that you upgrade to 25.12.
