My apologies, I just reposting this question, since I am not able to find help and solution.
Initially problem was to Configuring two different networks for 2 separate SSID, which is solved with the help of members.

Now I want to associated Ad guard and ban-IP to specific SSID/Network, despite of digging deeply everywhere I couldn't find any help/tutorial.
If anyone can help me in that, I would appreciate.
