Best SQM+QoS package?

I found these packages -

  1. cake-qos-simple (lynxthecat) [not in repo]
  2. QoSmate [not in repo]
  3. dscpclassify [not in repo]
  4. sqm-scripts [SQM,QoS] [in repo]

sqm-scripts only has SQM
nft-qos only has QoS

No idea what you are talking about. It is all packet rescheduling under different names

Not entirely accurate, sqm-scripts like simple.qos and layer_cake.qos offer multiple priority tiers based on DSCPs, what they do not offer is any way to actually set DSCPs... IMHO the only thing worth teaching sqm scripts is to restore DSCPs from conntrack on ingress,and maybe to store egress DSCPs to conntrack, but anything above that is IMHO not in sqm-scripts target.
And, I guess you might want to add qosify to your list.
