Hello everybody i hás try by uart but router is blocked now on led blue on USB

your device photos are useless, feel free to delete them, they're just a waste of bandwidth.

installation and recovery are both via UART - https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/pull/20398.

we have no idea what you did (and didn't do), crystal ball's offline.

Ok thanks for the page, but I don’t see where TX, RX and GND are on the router. It’s not labeled I see the 4 holes, but how do I know which is which? Thanks.

you have the device in front of you, the holes/pads are between the power connector and the heat sink, pin out is in the link, what's the tricky part ?

As mentioned/showed on the drawing.

If you are using an USB-->Serial adapter that is powered from the USB side ...
Then DON'T connect the USB-->Serial adapter to the +3.3v pin on the router board.

Just connect TX, RX & GND
