FYI, the hagezi github repo is currently offline (see Adblock support thread - #3534 by theaceous for details)!
If you're using the hagezi IP feed in banIP, start the Custom Feed Editor and change the download URL to that mirror:

NEW: https://hagezi-mirror.dnsbunker.org/ips/tif.txt
