Update regarding #1: ODoH isn't really a thing any more. Ignore.
Update regarding #2, banip works against DNSCrypt since it only encrypts the domain but still relies on the site IP address, which banip can block with a list like oisdnsfw. However, with that approach, many valid sites will be blocked due to web host shared IP addresses.
Update regarding #3, you can block it by adding tor.bravesoftware.com
to /etc/banip/banip.blocklist
then uninstalling and reinstalling Brave browser.
