You nees to operate only sw3?
sw4 is to change m2 device modes.
So I put the image onto the sdcard with dd as was in the example. the sdcard file systems are showing up in linux but when I try it on the BPI i get this.

I think at this point I need to flash the preloader/bootloader or both. What tool would I need to do that.
never mind that scdard was corrupted.
Thanks for everything. I was able to get the sdcard loaded with the firmware and was able to get it moved over to the nand with the TTL to serial converter. I got it upgraded to the 24.10.1 version.
Only think left is to figure out how to get it to use https instead of http.
