I've tried to test this firmware but unfortunately i haven't figured out how to flash it properly.
Flashing openwrt-mediatek-filogic-bananapi_bpi-r4-sdcard.img.gz file on SD card didn't work - the kernel can't be loaded while bl2 and bl31 works fine.
Good morning, Markna. I'm glad it worked for you. What's happening is normal; it happens to mine too. XGS-PON drives don't all behave the same.
It happens to me with mine too. If you remove it while it's hot, it won't be recognized afterward. I advise against doing that.
I'm glad to read that it worked for you.
Best regards
stupid question: you did gunzip it before flashing ?
BTW, Iām usually lazy and just use the Raspberry Pi Imager and flash my SD cards with it. Just select āno filteringā at the bottom of the 1. step. and the I can select my openwrt-mediatek-filogic-bananapi_bpi-r4-sdcard.img.gz file and flash the SD card. Always worked with no problems so farā¦
Sure, i flash openwrt-mediatek-filogic-bananapi_bpi-r4-sdcard.img.gz using balenaEtcher
It works perfectly. But BPI-R4-25.12-MLO-RC2-crypto-mm image for SD card seems corrupted - seems like some files are missing in the image.
The device quicky falls into reboot and requires openwrt-mediatek-filogic-bananapi_bpi-r4-initramfs-recovery.itb image
Just curious, what is your U-Boot version?
Works fine! Thanks @bruda
Hi @bruda
I sometimes have the issue that my phone is connected to Wi-Fi, but the connection occasionally drops. So, when Iām watching a video or shorts, the video wonāt play and it seems like I have no internet through Wi-Fi.
Do I need to adjust any settings in the Wi-Fi or wireless configuration?
Good afternoon. The truth is, I don't have that problem; my children would have informed me.
I also have a LibreElec room to watch TV channels, and I don't experience any interruptions.
I don't know what could be happening, or why it's happening to you.
Have you noticed it on any other device?
Regards
Hi @bruda When i want update the Apps/ Software. I see this error notification. Do you have a idea?
@woziwrt its not work for me. Can you add ZARAM SFP?

Good morning, the error below is normal. If the feed you're looking for is in that repository, it's no longer available. Keep in mind that external feeds are constantly being changed and disappearing. For example, if it was in LuCI, I've deleted my LuCI installation, and you won't be able to download any more. I've removed my repositories and created new ones, which will remain fixed and are public. Future images will likely include all my repositories instead of external ones to prevent this from happening.
I can create a new image with the latest kernel and add all my repositories to avoid this issue.
Give me a few days, and I'll prepare a new image with the latest kernel and all my repositories so you can always download the images.
Best regards
Thanks @bruda
